For now, I'd keep it Australia-focused, simple, and flexible. Australia Post currently quotes Parcel Post at roughly 2–6 business days and Express at roughly 1–3 business days, depending on origin/destination. (Australia Post)

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where tracking is available.

Australian Shipping

We currently ship orders across Australia.

Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping service selected and the destination. As a general guide, standard Australia Post parcel delivery can take approximately 2–6 business days, while Express Post can take approximately 1–3 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, peak periods, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your parcel has been lodged with the carrier.

Delays

Shako64 is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If your parcel appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you in contacting the relevant delivery provider.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If an order has been dispatched to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply to redirect or resend the order.

International Shipping

International shipping may be offered on selected products and destinations.

Where international shipping is available, applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees that may apply to international orders.
